Pencegahan Polusi Suara dan Perannya dalam Menjaga Stabilitas Keamanan Sosial: Studi Tematik terhadap Hadis-Hadis Nabi dalam al-Kutub al-Sittah

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi pencegahan polusi kebisingan dalam menjaga stabilitas keamanan sosial dari perspektif hadis Nabi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan. Data yang digunakan bersifat sekunder dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Kerangka teoretis yang digunakan adalah teori Analisis Wacana Kritis, sedangkan penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan pendekatan deduktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pencegahan polusi kebisingan dalam perspektif hadis Nabi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam ajaran Islam yang bertujuan untuk menjaga ketenangan dan stabilitas sosial. Kebisingan tidak hanya menimbulkan gangguan fisik, tetapi juga mengganggu tatanan moral dan spiritual masyarakat. Hadis-hadis Nabi menegaskan bahwa ketenangan merupakan prasyarat bagi terwujudnya keamanan, dan setiap bentuk gangguan kebisingan termasuk dalam kategori adhā (gangguan atau menyakiti orang lain) yang dilarang dalam Islam. Nabi menganjurkan sikap pengendalian diri agar tidak mengganggu orang lain, bahkan dalam pelaksanaan ibadah. Teguran beliau yang lembut kepada para sahabat yang berdzikir dengan suara keras menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian suara mencerminkan kesadaran spiritual dan penghormatan terhadap orang lain. Oleh karena itu, menjaga ketenangan berarti menjaga keharmonisan sosial. Dalam kerangka maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, pencegahan polusi kebisingan berfungsi untuk melindungi agama, jiwa, akal, dan kehidupan masyarakat. Ketenangan merupakan fondasi bagi keamanan sosial; ketika penggunaan suara diatur dengan baik, masyarakat dapat hidup dengan damai dan harmonis, sebagaimana dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad.
