Al-Majaalis: Jurnal Dirasat Islamiyah is an academic journal that serves as a platform for scholarly publications to advance Islamic studies through primary sources and established scientific inquiry. This journal seeks to contribute to the development of Islamic scholarship at both national and global levels, particularly in areas related to Islamic studies.
Scope
Al-Majaalis: Jurnal Dirasat Islamiyah accepts high-quality research articles—textual, contextual, theoretical, and empirical—that focus on the following fields:
- Fiqh: Classical and contemporary studies in Islamic law, comparative madhhab analysis, fatwa development, legal responses to modern issues, and other related topics.
- Hadith: Research on hadith authentication, the role and implementation of hadith, living hadith studies, and other related topics.
- Aqidah: Analytical studies on aqidah, Islamic theology, theological issues, and critical studies of thoughts related to aqidah, and other related topics.
- Al-Qur’an: Research related to Qur’anic studies, Qur’anic exegesis (tafsir), linguistic analysis of Qur’anic verses, living Qur’an studies, and other related topics.
Al-Majaalis: Jurnal Dirasat Islamiyah welcomes research-based scientific articles employing multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, or transdisciplinary approaches that connect Islamic studies with various other fields of knowledge. Every article submitted to the editorial board must be original and demonstrate novelty at the national or international level.
