URGENSI PEMBERIAN HIBAH KEPADA AHLI WARIS SEBAGAI PENGGANTI SISTEM KEWARISAN DI INDONESIA

Abstrak

This research explains the importance of distributing property to heirs through hibah (grants) before the heir dies and the relationship between inheritance and grants given more than 1/3. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a sociological approach. The results of the study: the relationship between inheritance and grants according to the Compilation of Islamic Law, grants can be counted as inheritance, grants given in advance are part of the heir, giving inheritance as grants has been widely used to avoid disputes in the future.
