Copyright Notice

Authors retain the copyright to articles submitted to Al-Majaalis : Jurnal Dirasat Islamiyah. Articles published in Al-Majaalis are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, which allows others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) as long as it is not for commercial purposes. This permission is granted provided that a link to the license is included and any changes made are clearly indicated. Any derivative works must be distributed under the same license as the original, ensuring continued open access and scientific sharing.

Furthermore, each article submission must be accompanied by a signed Copyright Transfer Agreement for Publication and a signed Publishing Ethical Statement (in PDF format), as provided in the journal template. These documents are required at the time of submission but are not published as part of the article. Submissions lacking any of these required files (manuscript, Copyright Transfer Agreement, or Publishing Ethical Statement) will be rejected prior to review. While the right to publish and distribute the article is granted to Al-Majaalis, the intellectual property rights (copyright of content) remain entirely with the author(s).

To further promote academic dissemination and enhance the citation impact of published work, authors are encouraged to disseminate their articles through institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic platforms after publication. All content published in Al-Majaalis is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
