Abstract

ABSTRACT

The favor of security is one of the greatest favors of God upon His servants after Islam and Iman. How not, with which the happiness of servants, and their affairs go well, and on the contrary, the loss of security in a state is a torment and punishment for its people, if they are prevented from what is suitable for them from the affairs of this world and the Hereafter. How many acts of worship have been disrupted, how many systems have been dispersed, how many homes have been destroyed, and how many families have been disintegrated. Their lives are narrowed, and their lives are not good. Security realization for the country and the people is what the wise Sharia has brought, and what this religion is built on as a great foundation in achieving virtue and warding off damage It is the (الدعاء) prayer of those who have benefit and harm that God bestows upon His servants security, faith, safety and peace. There have been several prayers contained in the Quran and Hadith to ask for safety. This study aims to analyze the correlation between these prayers and the realization of state security stability. This type of research is library research by making books, scientific research, and related papers as the main references. The method used in this study is inductive analytic by analyzing the prayer words to ask for security, then studying them according to the applicable hadith science principles. This research is limited to analyzing the pronunciation of prayers with the explicit mention of the word "safe".

The research results indicate that:

1. Prayers from the Quran
2. Prayers from Hadith
3. Prayers from Atsar Sahabah

Prayers for security are divided into 2 when viewed from their benefits:

1. Prayer whose benefits return to yourself and others
2. Prayer that has specific benefits for yourself
