Focus and Scope of HDC: Journal of Human Development and Community Empowerment

HDC: Journal of Human Development and Community Empowerment focuses on community service activities that apply Islamic values, religious education, and social innovation to empower the ummah and improve community well-being. The scope of the journal includes:

  1. Community Service and Islamic Da‘wah Activities (Community development, religious studies, Qur’anic literacy, and strengthening community spirituality)
  2. Islamic Education and Arabic Language Development (Qur’anic learning, Arabic language instruction, and hadith literacy programs within community settings)
  3. Community Empowerment and Islamic Family Counseling (Sharia-based economic development, Islamic family law counseling, and women empowerment in Muslim communities)
  4. Health, Social Welfare, and Humanitarian Services (Public health education, social and humanitarian activities, and strengthening social solidarity based on Islamic values)
  5. Rural and Underdeveloped Area Development Assistance for Muslim communities in remote areas through education, da‘wah, and sustainable empowerment programs)
